1. Order must total $150.00 or more
2.  Your entire order MUST be shipped to only one address.
3.  The destination MUST be located within the Riverside/San Diego County Area
4.  You must be active military, a reservist or a dependant.
5. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via the private carrier selected by
Command Post Chocolates.
6.  Orders qualifying for free shipping being delivered to areas not covered by private
carrier will be sent via US Postal Service Express Mail (1-2 day delivery, not guaranteed).

SHIPPING POLICIES
1.  Shipping Guarantee
Command Post Chocolates  guarantees that orders will be delivered in good condition
or  the customer will be entitled to a full refund or order credit or free reshipment of the
order, at the customer's option, provided that:
a. The order is delivered within 2 days of the date it is shipped .
b. The contact/delivery information is complete and accurate; and,
c.  The order is personally received when it is delivered.
If the order is not delivered within 2 days of the shipping date, and/or, if the order is not
personally received at the time it is delivered, this guarantee is void and Command Post
Chocolates accepts no responsibility for damage to or loss of the order.  
2.   Delivery Time and Conditions:   On-Line orders are processed at 1:00pm US Pacific
Time every day, excluding weekends and business holidays.  On-line orders received
after that time or on weekends and business holidays will be considered received for
processing as of 1:00 pm US Pacific Time the next business day.
Custom molded chocolates and custom coin designs are made to order and may take
up to ten days or longer, depending upon the size and complexity of the order and/or
design. Please call at any time to check the status of your order. If Command Post
Chocolates anticipates any difficulty meeting the requested delivery date, the customer
will be notified by email as soon as that determination is made.
Other than for sending an order in accordance with the customer's instructions in
enough time for the order to be delivered in accordance with the carrier's delivery time
representations, Command Post Chocolates is not responsible for timely delivery of any
order and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS COMMAND POST CHOCOLATES LIABLE
OR IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS RESULTING FROM OR CAUSED BY THE
CARRIER.  Any claims for damage or errors in an order must be made, in writing, to
Command Post Chocolates, within 24 hours of receipt of the order for replacement or
refund considerations.
3.   Weekend Delivery:  In order to avoid the risk of melting in warm warehouses,
Command Post Chocolates DOES NOT SHIP OVER WEEKENDS. To insure orders are
not in transit over a weekend, second day air shipments are made for delivery only on
Wednesday - Friday; and next day air shipments for delivery Monday- Saturday.  
Exceptions will be made only when the customer, in writing, completely waives the risk of
loss due to temperature or handling damage and pays any and all additional costs
associated with such shipments.
4.   Shipping in Warm/Hot Climate Conditions:  Command Post Chocolates will "cold
pack" orders when it appears to be necessary, however, please make every effort to
ensure that someone is at the delivery location as Command Post Chocolates accepts
no responsibility for orders not received personally when delivered.  "Cold Packs" do not
last over 36 hours in heat above 75ºF.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
1.  Shipping Charges:  If not otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS,
DHL or FedEx at the discretion of Command Post Chocolates (excluding Alaska and
Hawaii).  Orders being sent to areas not covered by private carrier,  orders being sent to
a Post Office Box, if not otherwise specified, will be sent via US Postal Service Priority
Mail service (2-4 day delivery, not guaranteed).   

EXACT shipping cost will be determined at the time of shipping based on dimensions
and weight of package. Special added charges are applied by the shipping service for
Saturday pick-up/ delivery, delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, residential delivery, fuel
adjustment and remote area delivery.
Next day air (NDA) service for most small orders is $12-$18 additional. Shipping costs
for custom orders and combination orders are based on the dimensions and/ or weight
of the package and normally cannot be determined exactly until the order is packaged.
We are unable to accept orders to APO or FPO addresses.
Rural Route, Highway, and State Route Box and Post Office addresses are acceptable
(phone numbers should be provided).
If you wish to use your own FedEx, DHL, Airborne Express or UPS account, please
provide us your account information and we will charge only for the shipping container.

2.  Contact Information:  To insure that orders are delivered on time and properly and to
insure that the shipping company can track an order quickly, if necessary, it is essential
that the customer provide ACCURATE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER
INFORMATION on the checkout form!  Since most orders are delivered during normal
business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays, it is usually best if the customer
provides a delivery address and phone number where the recipient will be at that time.  If
this information is not complete and accurate, Command Post Chocolates guarantee is
void and Command Post Chocolates accepts no responsibility for damage to or loss of
the order.
3.  International Orders:  Unless otherwise directed by you by telephone or email, all
International orders are shipped by UPS Worldwide Express or equivalent service for 2-4
Day Delivery.
